Best Printer for Stickers
How We Pick
Questions about this page: [email protected]
How we research and rank printers for making stickers, and what we do not do.
1. What we compare
- Ink system: dye or pigment, how many colours, and whether it uses refillable tanks or cartridges.
- Paper handling: the largest sheet it takes, whether there is a rear or straight-through feed for thick sticker stock, and the heaviest media the brand lists.
- Media fit: inkjet-only printable vinyl versus laser-rated sticker paper, and what that means for water resistance.
- Running cost: brand-published ink or toner yields, with the caveat that sticker sheets use far more ink than a standard test page.
- Workflow: how well it pairs with Cricut Print Then Cut or other cutters, and how it handles volume for a small sticker shop.
2. Where the information comes from
Brand specifications, manuals and help centres; sticker paper and cutting-machine makers’ guidance; independent reviews; and patterns in feedback from verified buyers.
3. What we do not do
We do not run lab tests, and we do not claim to have used the products we cover. We do not accept payment or free products for placement. We do not show prices, because they change every day; you see the current price on the product page.
4. Updates
We review our picks when a product is discontinued, redesigned or renamed, and when better evidence appears. Corrections are welcome at [email protected].
